Ardent Construction was asked to remodel this residential home to add a classic, contemporary feel to it. This project proved to be challenging due the the unique properties of the household in itself. As one of our larger undertakings, this home demanded immense preparation and evaluation from the very start:
- This project called for various custom-made pieces, unique to these owners alone
- Remodeled the 20-foot fireplace, complete with custom stones and mirrors
- Custom iron railings throughout the property
- Remodeled the dining room with backlit onyx on the wall along with custom moldings and faux paint between trims
- The dining room also received new oval moldings with mirrors
- In the foyer we closed a opening in the ceiling to make way for a new 200 pound chandelier and medallion with custom circle molding and mirrors — all done 22 feet above the floor
