One of our larger projects. Nearly 7,000 square feet converted into a 5,000 square foot space for a restaurant and 1,800 square feet converted into rental space:
- We handled all interior and exterior carpentry of the property, which had been vacant for years and suffered quite a bit of environmental damage and structural weakening
- Entirely new framing including the addition of a drive-thru and foyer
- Interior framing for dining, serving, and kitchen areas
- Installed FRP and stainless steel sheets in kitchen
- Ceilings renovated to meet City Codes for the Building and Health Departments
- New walls and floor tiles built
- Paneling, baseboards, doors, toilet partitions, and hardware successfully installed
